• Valid Picture Driver Licenses or CA ID
• Hand gun safety Certificate
• Proof of residency (Preferred Car Registration)
• Proof of Lock purchase with gun
  (new gun purchases include lock)
• Federal Valid government issued ID**
• Proof of residency (Driver License or car registration)*

*Proof of residency is were you physically live and were the gun is registered. PO Boxes are not acceptable.

** What is acceptable to the state (DOJ) may not be acceptable to Federal Gov. (ATF)

Airline Transportation

Ever wondered how to transport firearms on domestic airlines? All commercial airlines flying domestically out of California will allow you to transport firearms provided you can legally posses the firearm at your destination and transport it in accordance with State Laws and their rule & regulations. The rules for transportation vary from airline to airline. All will require to declare it at check in, show that it is unloaded, and sign a "Declaration of unloaded firearm" to be attached to the firearm. The firearms must be in an approved lockable container, for handguns we recommend the American Security DC23 pictured.
